Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) adopted a new Strategic Plan in 2014 as a data driven road map for our activity in the future. This strategic plan marks a turning point for BHP. It is underscored by three key data points that are changing the shape of our community:
Therefore, as one element of our strategic plan, BHP will endeavor to add 200 housing units to our portfolio per year during the next ten years.
As the Housing Commissioners for Boulder, the BHP Board wanted an innovative, bold and urgent response to these metrics. The Board and staff team spent most of 2014 analyzing data related to our changing housing economy and the ensuing needs of our population. This plan is the result of concentrated analysis and daring dreaming.
