Routine Requests
Submit your request in one of three ways:

  1. Submit the Request Online through RentCafe
  2. Email workorder@boulderhousing.org or
  3. Call 720-564-4620

Please include your name, address, phone number, and a description of the requested repair.

Request Maintenance at a Boulder Housing Partners Community

Please log in to your RentCafe account or send an email to workorder@boulderhousing.org to submit a routine, non-emergency request, such as a broken appliance, dripping faucet, or drywall repair. For urgent requests that need to be addressed immediately, such as no water, broken pipes that cannot be turned off, no heat in the winter, sewer line stoppage, gas leaks or carbon monoxide alerts, lockouts, etc., call 720-564-4620.
