Community Partnerships

Lee Hill operates in partnership with the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless to provide Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) through the Housing First approach. The Housing First model is being implemented around the country to reduce chronic homelessness by providing people with housing and supportive services to help them achieve long-term stability.
