Waitlists open briefly at BHP Deeply Affordable Communities and timing is based on the availability of apartment homes.  Applications are not accepted prior to waitlist openings.

Lottery for the Housing Choice Voucher Program

A lottery system is used for applicants to become Housing Choice Voucher participants. The lottery opens when we have vouchers available. Exact dates of the openings will be posted on our website and lottery hotline (720-564-4627) at least one month in advance. Our goal is to provide assistance to randomly selected lottery applicants within 6 – 12 months after the lottery is open.
