Boulder Housing Partners is committed to keeping Golden West residents informed about important community updates and changes. This page serves as a central location for information, resources, timelines, and frequently asked questions.

Current Update: Phone, Cable, and Internet Service Changes

Golden West’s current bulk agreement for phone, cable, and internet services is scheduled to end on August 31, 2026.

Beginning September 1, 2026:

  • Cable TV service currently provided through the agreement will end
  • In-unit Comcast internet service currently provided through the agreement will end
  • In-unit phone service currently provided through the agreement will end

Residents do not need to take any action at this time.

The free BHP building-wide Wi-Fi will continue and is not changing.

The current monthly phone and cable charge will be removed from resident ledgers beginning in September 2026.

Boulder Housing Partners understands residents may have questions and concerns regarding this transition and remains committed to providing updates and support throughout the process.
