In 2016, Boulder Housing Partners began the development process to design and build affordable senior apartment homes on a 4.75 acre parcel at 3485 Stanford Court, the site of the former Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.


Latest Development Updates

BHP’s Mt. Calvary Senior Housing community will provide 60-units of permanently affordable senior housing for those age 55+. The redevelopment of this important site is currently in the City of Boulder’s Site Review process and we anticipate construction could begin in Fall 2021.
