Mount Calvary Senior Living
Affordable Senior Housing

In 2016, Boulder Housing Partners began the development process to design and build affordable senior apartment homes on a 4.75 acre parcel at 3485 Stanford Court, the site of the former Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. After pausing the initial development process in 2017, BHP began site planning for the future senior housing community again in 2019.
The community will include 60 permanently affordable apartment homes for seniors, in conjunction with the preservation, renovation and repurposing of the historic sanctuary building (previously part of the Mt. Calvary church facility.) The renovated sanctuary building will provide community space for the apartments, and will remain home to the Rainbow Childcare Facility operating out of the lower portion of the building. Mount Calvary Senior Living responds to the incredible need for affordable senior housing in Boulder.
Latest Development Updates
BHP’s Mt. Calvary Senior Housing community will provide 60-units of permanently affordable senior housing for those age 55+. The redevelopment of this important site is currently in the City of Boulder’s Review process and we anticipate construction could begin in the second quarter of 2022.
