The Hilltop Senior Housing community—formerly the Mt. Calvary property—has completed construction and is now fully leased. Hilltop provides 60 permanently affordable apartment homes for seniors age 62+, created through new construction alongside the preservation and repurposing of the historic sanctuary building.

Hilltop welcomed its first residents in late 2024. The community includes 54 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom homes serving seniors with household incomes between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Fifteen apartments are reserved for seniors exiting homelessness, who receive dedicated onsite supportive services.

Residents at Hilltop have access to a robust menu of programs and activities supported by Boulder Housing Partners, including social gatherings, crafts, fitness and wellness programming, and health-focused community partnerships.

Located on an approximately 5-acre site, Hilltop is ideally situated with close access to the George Reynolds Branch Library, the Table Mesa Shopping Center, parks and trails, and multiple high-frequency transit lines—supporting healthy aging, mobility, and connection to the wider Boulder community.
