Boulder Housing Partners provides quality, sustainable housing for Boulder’s low to moderate-income citizens. We offer a variety of rental apartments, flats, townhomes, duplexes and single family homes. Programs are geared for different incomes, abilities, and household sizes. Which is right for you? We offer five types of rental programs. Income qualifications may apply.

The way to apply for this community is through a waitlist. Waitlists last opened August 2-4, 2022 and the next openings have not been scheduled. Please continue to check our website or waitlist hotline, 720-564-4627, for opening date information.
ABOUT:
Studio to 4-bedroom apartment options for low-income seniors (age 55-62+), people with disabilities, families, and households with children.
Residents pay approximately 30% of income towards rent.

Several Section 8 Communities participate in Bringing School Home, an innovative program combining quality housing and educational programming for the whole family.
APPLY:
The way to receive a Housing Choice Voucher is through our lottery system. The last lottery was held Feb 28-March 1, 2023.
ABOUT:
Eligible households use vouchers to help pay the rent on rental properties of their choosing.

BAR Properties are offered below market rates with rent prices ranging from $700-$1,700. Minimum household gross monthly income of 2 times the rent.

Market Rate Rental properties are similar to renting within the private market. There are no income restrictions. Rent is comparable to other market rate properties in Boulder. Applications accepted year round.
