We offer a variety of rental apartments, flats, townhomes, duplexes and single family homes. Programs are geared for different incomes, abilities, and household sizes. Which is right for you? Studio to 4-bedroom apartment options for low-income seniors (age 55-62+), people with disabilities, families, and households with children.
Residents pay approximately 30% of income towards rent.

Several Section 8 Communities participate in Bringing School Home, an innovative program combining quality housing and educational programming for the whole family.
The way to receive a Housing Choice Voucher is through our lottery system. The last lottery was held May 17-18, 2022 and the next lottery for 2022 has not yet been scheduled. Visit our Housing Choice Voucher page to learn more.

BAR Properties are offered below market rates with rent prices ranging from $700-$1,700. Minimum household gross monthly income of 2 times the rent.

Market Rate Rental properties are similar to renting within the private market. There are no income restrictions. Rent is comparable to other market rate properties in Boulder. Applications accepted year round.
