Rent and income are based on the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority annual limits and are subject to change.
Additional Qualifying Criteria
- Student, liquid asset, and homeownership restrictions apply.
- Applicants and household members must be free of evictions within the past seven years and be able to provide two years of satisfactory rental history from a third party. If unable to provide rental history, please contact the community manager where you are interested in applying.
- All applicants will be required to pass a criminal background check
