Rent: Rent is comparable to market rate rents found in Boulder and can be found with each available apartment.
Security Deposit: 1 month’s rent
Lease Term: 12 months (different lengths may be available)
What will I need to qualify?
- Households are required to earn a minimum gross monthly income of two times the rent (unless using a Housing Choice Voucher.) If you are a voucher holder, please be in contact with your voucher specialist to determine if rent amounts will work for your household.
- There is no maximum income limit to qualify. While Boulder Housing partners is well known for our income-qualified apartments in Boulder, market rate rentals only have a minimum income requirement, similar to renting at other traditional apartment communities.
- Applicants and household members must be free of evictions within the past three years and be able to provide two years of satisfactory rental history from a third party. If unable to provide rental history, an increased security deposit may be required.
- All applicants will be required to pass a criminal background check.
How to Apply
A link to pre-qualify will appear with each rental when an apartment becomes available. Applications are not accepted ahead of time, so be sure to use the pre-qualifying link to begin the application process.
