Boulder Housing Partners will be opening waitlists online for apartment homes for older adults and people with disabilities and families from 9 am, Wednesday, July 5 through 4 pm, Monday, July 10, 2023. Opening waitlists include Madison 2-3 bedrooms, Manhattan 1, Northport studio and 1-bedroom, and Walnut Place studio and 1-bedrooms. These are all at communities in our Deeply Affordable Program where residents pay approximately 30-40% of income towards rent.
When the waitlists open, the link to sign up will be posted on this page. That link will bring you to our resident portal where you will create a new account, complete the questionnaire, and submit the form. If you have applied for a waitlist with BHP in the past few years, you may need to sign into an account you have already created – so will need that password.
