The July 5-10, 2023 waitlists are now CLOSED for apartment homes for older adults, people with disabilities, individuals, and families. Waitlists included Madison 2-3 bedrooms, Manhattan 1, Northport studio and 1-bedroom, and Walnut Place studio and 1-bedrooms. These lists were at communities in our Deeply Affordable Program where residents pay approximately 30-40% of income towards rent.
At this time, we are no longer accepting names for these waitlists.
Once the waitlists have closed:
- Applicants will be contacted as apartment homes become available. *Please note that submissions do not guarantee that an apartment is available or that your household will qualify. It is a way for applicants to see if they meet certain criteria and helps speed up the qualifying process when an apartment does become available.
- When you are at the top of the waitlist and an apartment home matching your household and bedroom size becomes available, you will be contacted to start the full application and qualifying process (see eligibility guidelines below).
- If your address or contact information changes, please contact the community manager for any community where you have applied. You can find contact information for all BHP communities here. (Boulder Housing Partners is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.)
- The time you are on a waitlist is based on availability. We are unable to provide a placement number of where you are on the list.
