Resident Concerns or Grievances

(Vea en Español)

If you are a Boulder Housing Partners resident with a complaint or concern regarding your home, please follow these grievance guidelines for resolving your concern:

Guidelines

  1. Begin by contacting your Community Manager or Regional Manager.

  2. If the issue remains unresolved, then please contact the Director of Property Management
    at 720-564-4610 or PMDirector@boulderhousing.org

  3.  If you have already done steps 1 and 2 and are still not satisfied, then please contact the Office of the Executive Director at 720-564-4610 or officials@boulderhousing.org.

Additional Guidelines and Resources

An option for all residents in the City of Boulder is to contact the Community Mediation Services, which provides mediation between neighboring residents and between residents and landlords. The phone number is 303-441-4364.

If your conflict is due to violation of City code (i.e. noise), please contact the Boulder Police Department at 303-441-3333, or call 911 in case of emergency.

In case of interpersonal conflict with a neighbor, please try to resolve the issue with your neighbor.

If this is a maintenance request, please contact workorder@boulderhousing.org or maintenance at 720-564-4610.
