Resident Concerns or Grievances
If you are a Boulder Housing Partners resident with a complaint or concern regarding your home, please follow these grievance guidelines for resolving your concern:
Guidelines
- Begin by contacting your Community Manager or Regional Manager.
- If the issue remains unresolved, then please contact the Director of Property Management
at 720-564-4610 or [email protected]
- If you have already done steps 1 and 2 and are still not satisfied, then please contact the BHP Ombudsman, an impartial liaison who helps resolve complaints affecting BHP residents, community members, or other organizations. To contact the BHP Ombudsman, please email [email protected].
- If all other appropriate resources or processes have been tried but the problem has not been resolved, then please contact the Office of the Executive Director at 720-564-4610 or [email protected].
Additional Guidelines and Resources
An option for all residents in the City of Boulder is to contact the Community Mediation Services, which provides mediation between neighboring residents and between residents and landlords. The phone number is 303-441-4364.
If your conflict is due to violation of City code (i.e. noise), please contact the Boulder Police Department at 303-441-3333, or call 911 in case of emergency.
In case of interpersonal conflict with a neighbor, please try to resolve the issue with your neighbor.

Ombudsman
The BHP Ombudsman is an impartial liaison who helps resolve complaints involving BHP Housing Programs reported by BHP residents, community members, or other organizations. The Ombudsman should be contacted after all other appropriate resources and steps 1 and 2 above have be tried but have not resolved the concern.
