Renovated in 2016, Walnut Place offers updated studio and one-bedroom apartment homes for adults age 55 and older. Located in the heart of downtown Boulder near the Boulder Creek and a community park, Walnut Place sits just one block from Pearl Street and four blocks from the main RTD bus station. Community space at Walnut place includes an outdoor patio area, a spacious garden, and a large, newly-renovated community center hosting many different activities.
