Property Description:

Renovated in 2016 through Project Renovate, Manhattan offers 17 one-bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom townhomes, and 8 three-bedroom townhomes. Located one block away from the intersection of Foothills and Baseline, this building has easy accessibility to public transportation and shopping centers. Manhattan also facilitates an economic and easily accessible laundry room located within the premises.  Pets accepted with written prior landlord approval.

1-bed - 850 sq/ft
2-bed - 935 sq/ft
3-bed - 950 sq/ft

How to Apply:

For one bedroom apartments:
If you are 62+ or a person with disabilities, you may become a member of this community by joining our waitlist.  Waitlists last opened July 28-30, 2020 and the next openings have not been scheduled. Please continue to check our website or waitlist hotline, 720-564-4627, for opening date information.

For two and three bedroom apartments:
This community participates in Bringing School Home - an innovative new program that brings together quality, affordable housing and educational opportunities for the whole family. To become a member of this Bringing School Home community, please apply directly through Emergency Family Assistance Association. Learn more about Bringing School Home and applying here.
