Dakota Ridge consists of 13 townhomes on 10th Street in North Boulder. It offers a pleasant environment with a strong sense of community. The homes are three and four bedroom units. All units have tiled entry halls with generous coat closets, walk-in closets in the master bedrooms, dishwashers in a sunny kitchen and sliding glass doors leading to decks or outdoor patios. All homes have washer/dryer hookups. It's an easy walk to open space, trails, a dog park, and the RTD Skip. These townhomes are part of the Boulder Affordable Rentals Program and will accept Section 8 vouchers. Cats & small dogs accepted, maximum two total.
