Ciclo is a planned mixed-use building located in the transit-oriented Boulder Junction neighborhood. Ciclo will include 2 stories of affordable housing located above 10,000 SF of ground floor commercial space. Ciclo’s future residents will enjoy many building and community amenities including in-building laundry facilities, an energy efficient building and a shared rooftop deck with spectacular western views of Boulder’s Flatirons and the Front Range. Ciclo will exceed the energy efficiency requirements of the City of Boulder’s energy code, including a rooftop solar array.
These 38 affordable apartment homes will be for those earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and include 2 studios, 30 one-bedrooms, and 6 two-bedrooms. Ciclo is currently under construction with completion anticipated in April 2020.
