Ciclo is a planned mixed-use building located in the transit-oriented Boulder Junction neighborhood. Ciclo will include 3 stories of affordable housing located above 10,000 SF of ground floor commercial space. Ciclo’s future residents will enjoy many building and community amenities including in-building laundry facilities, an energy efficient building and a shared rooftop deck with spectacular western views of Boulder’s Flatirons and the Front Range. Ciclo will exceed the energy efficiency requirements of the City of Boulder’s energy code and will include a 50 kW rooftop solar array that will generate on-site renewable energy to benefit the residential component of the building and offset well over half of the projected residential energy demand.
These 38 affordable apartment homes will be for those earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and include 2 studios, 30 one-bedrooms, and 6 two-bedrooms. Ciclo is currently under construction with completion anticipated in February 2020. BHP will provide more information about leasing opportunities in fall 2019.
