Canyon Pointe consists of 81 one-bedroom apartments with balconies that are part of the Section 8 Communities program. Residency is restricted to applicants age 62 years or older. All residents pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income towards rent and all utilities are included in the rent. Located near downtown, the main library and a block from the Boulder creek path, Canyon Pointe is in the heart of Boulder and boasts a community center, a library, on-site laundry, and a beautiful patio with opportunities for residents to garden. Pets accepted with written prior landlord approval.
