Property Description:

Renovated in 2020, Canyon Pointe offers 81 one-bedroom apartment homes and one two-bedroom apartment home in this community for older adults age 62 and older.  Canyon Pointe is in the heart of Boulder near the downtown Boulder Public Library and the Boulder Creek bike path and boasts a community center, a library, on-site laundry, and a beautiful patio with opportunities for residents to garden. 

All residents living in one-bedroom apartments pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income towards rent through the Section 8 communities program. The two-bedroom apartment home is offered at an affordable rate through our Boulder Affordable Rentals program.  Utilities are included in rent and pets are welcome and accepted with written prior approval.
