Golden West North Tower, part of the beloved Golden West Communities and managed by Boulder Housing Partners (BHP), is currently undergoing a full renovation to offer fresh, modern apartments designed for independent adults aged 62 and older.

About Affordable Rentals

Rental rates lower than typical market-rate rents in Boulder for income-qualified applicants. Student, liquid asset and homeownership restrictions apply.

Additional Qualifying Criteria
  • Student, liquid asset, and homeownership restrictions apply.
  • Applicants and household members must be free of evictions within the past seven years and be able to provide two years of satisfactory rental history from a third party. If unable to provide rental history, please contact the community manager where you are interested in applying.
  • All applicants will be required to pass a criminal background check
