Golden West North Tower, part of the beloved Golden West Communities and managed by Boulder Housing Partners (BHP), is currently undergoing a full renovation to offer fresh, modern apartments designed for independent adults aged 62 and older.

About Affordable Rentals

Rental rates lower than typical market-rate rents in Boulder for income-qualified applicants. Student, liquid asset and homeownership restrictions apply.

Security Deposit: $500
Lease Term: 12 months

Student, liquid asset, and homeownership restrictions apply.
Applicants and household members must be free of evictions within the past seven years and be able to provide two years of satisfactory rental history from a third party. If unable to provide rental history, please contact the community manager where you are interested in applying.
All applicants will be required to pass a criminal background check
