The Housing Choice Voucher lottery opened from 9 a.m. October 30 through 4 p.m. November 3, 2023. At this time, we are no longer accepting names for the lottery.
If you signed up for the lottery, here are your next steps:
Announcing Selected Lottery Applications
- Applications will be randomly selected by November 17, 2023. You can check your status by signing into your RentCafe account. We will also send you an email announcing when the applications have been selected.
Next Steps if Your Lottery Number Has Been Selected
- After being randomly selected, we will begin the eligibility process with the goal of processing all applications within 12 months.
- The intake process will be done through the online portal. An email will be sent once it is your turn to complete the intake certification. Be sure to add hcv@boulderhousing.org to your safe sender list.
- If your application was selected, please log on to your portal to inform us of any change to your email address so we can reach you when it’s time for your eligibility process to begin.
