Several Boulder Housing Partners apartment communities offer onsite programming based on resident interests and needs.
Communities Serving Seniors and People with Disabilities
Our Resident Service Coordinators for Seniors and People with Disabilities help to connect residents with resources and support to enhance quality of life and to remain living independently and safely in housing.
Examples of resources include:
- Healthcare information and referrals
- Counseling and support on financial stability
- Health and wellness classes and on-site programming
- Community events and projects
- Volunteer Opportunities

Family Site Programs
Our Family Site Service Coordinators partner with families and the community to support healthy and safe environments and strong communities. Building on family strengths, Service Coordinators assist families in key areas that enhance family well-being, including:
- Parenting
- After-school and summer programs for children
- Financial and housing stability
- Employment and education
- Health and wellness
- Community involvement
In partnership with community organizations, schools, and community leaders, Resident Service Coordinators are able to coordinate a variety of programs in residents’ housing sites and to guide families to community resources that will help them meet their goals.
BHP currently offers service coordination at the following family sites:

- Kalmia
- Madison
- Manhattan
- Palo Park

Free or Reduced Memberships
Boulder Recreation Center Passes
Free Rec Center passes to the City of Boulder Recreation facilities are available for residents and Housing Choice participants who income qualify by earning 50% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). To apply go to https://bouldercolorado.gov/parks-rec/reduced-rate or visit a recreation center and provide proof of Boulder Housing Partners program participation (lease, voucher agreement, or other proof of BHP address such as a utility bill). Free Rides with Boulder B-Cycle
Are you looking for a free, healthy, environmentally friendly, and easy way to get around Boulder? BHP has partnered with local non-profit, Boulder B-cycle, to offer all of our residents the convenience of a bike share system that includes 300 bikes and over 40 stations all around Boulder. Simply download the BCycle app or visit the membership page, select Republic Rider and use the BHP promo code to start riding! This provides you with a free Republic Rider Annual Pass ($88 value) for an unlimited number of 60-minute trips. Receive Reduced Rates with Colorado CarShare
Colorado CarShare (previously eGo CarShare) is a not-for-profit car-sharing organization providing the option to live a car-lite lifestyle while reducing our collective impact on the planet. Car sharing provides access to vehicles without the high cost of car ownership while replacing 9-13 personal cars from our roads with one car share vehicle. Stations are conveniently located at or near several BHP apartment communities, or near bus stops and B-cycle stations. Residents interested in signing up can contact CarShare directly for information on significantly subsidized rates! Email info@carshare.org or call 303.720.1185.
