Boulder Housing Partners Commissioners

Dick Harris, Chairperson

First Appointed in 2012
Dick Harris has served on Boulder's Planning Board and City Council, many years in environmental organizations, and on the Board of Thistle Communities, a Boulder affordable housing non-profit. He is a retired physicist and manager from NIST.

Claire Levy, Vice-Chair

First Appointed in 2016
Claire is a former legislator in the Colorado House of Representatives, serving seven years before being termed out. Claire was named the Executive Director of the Colorado Center on Law and Policy on November 1, 2013. The Colorado Center on Law and Policy is a Denver-based nonprofit organization working to advance the health, economic security and well-being of low-income Coloradans through research, education, advocacy and litigation.

Tony Adams

First Appointed in 2019
Tony Adams is a retired finance professional and lecturer at the University of Colorado.  He was most recently the President of the Board for the Center for People With Disabilities (CPWD).

Matt Bissonette

First Appointed in 2020
Matt Bissonette has worked in the affordable housing industry for more than 20 years, first as a partner with a Washington, DC-based law firm and since 2007 as a banker financing affordable housing. He is currently a Managing Director with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC. 

Pamela Griffin

First Appointed in 2015
Pamela Griffin is the resident representative currently serving as President of the Resident Representative Council.

Nikki McCord 

First Appointed in 2014
Nikki McCord is the founder of McCord Consulting Group, a boutique governmental and business consulting firm. Ms. McCord is an advocate for a diverse Boulder and also serves as a board member for the University of Notre Dame Club of Denver and the Community Action Programs Board of Boulder County.

Julie Schoenfeld

First Appointed in 2020
Julie Schoenfeld is a former real estate lawyer. A Boulder County Leadership Fellow and member of the City of Boulder's Racial Equity Working Group, she is a twenty-five year resident of Boulder. She is looking forward to combining her real estate expertise with her passion for equity and social justice to support the mission of BHP. 

Bob Walker

First Appointed in 2017
Bob Walker is a retired affordable housing developer having done projects in Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont, Brighton and Aurora. He served many years on the City of Boulder’s Technical Review Group for Housing and Human Services and is also on the Board for the BHP Foundation.

Mark Wallach

First Appointed in 2020

Mark Wallach was a corporate and real estate attorney and later a real estate developer in New York City. As a member of the City Council, he is committed to the concept of careful, measured growth, the creation of housing that is accessible to all income levels, and protection of Boulder’s unique open space. Mark has an undergraduate degree from Yale University and a law degree from Columbia University.
