Jeremy Durham is the Executive Director of Boulder Housing Partners (BHP), the housing authority for the city of Boulder, CO. Jeremy’s extensive background in affordable housing spans both innovative developments and collaborative partnerships. He has left a mark on Colorado’s affordable housing landscape not only through his tenure at BHP but also through his contributions at the Denver Housing Authority and the Boulder County Housing Authority.
In 2015, Jeremy began his journey with BHP as the Director of Real Estate Development. By 2017, he ascended to the position of Executive Director. Under his leadership, BHP has witnessed the addition of over 500 affordable homes. Currently, 160 more are under construction, and an additional 73 are slated for the beginning of 2024.
Jeremy’s academic accomplishments include a bachelor’s degree and a law degree from the University of Colorado. He is also a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outside with his daughter, traveling, sports, and camping.
