New Development of Boulder Mobile Manor

2637 Valmont will be the new home to 59 single family, duplex and triplex fixed foundation units.  Red Oak Park, previously known as Boulder Mobile Manor, will be 100% affordable rental units.  All of the units will be complete with many "green" energy efficient features to help reduce utility costs for the residents, and reduce their impact on the environment. 

Currently the site is cleared and ready for contruction to begin by the middle of April, 2010.  The construction will move from west to east starting on the northern end of the site.

The site and unit design is done by Coburn Developement and the general contractor is Wyatt Construction Company.

Ground breaking ceremonies were held on the site on April 14, 2010.
