Waiting List Information

Boulder Housing Partners is pleased to announce the opening of certain wait lists for our housing programs. Please note that this does NOT include the wait list for Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.

The wait lists that will be open from October 6 at 8 a.m. to October 15 at 5 p.m. are listed below.

Section 8 Admin Plan

Dear Reader of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan,

Thank you for taking the time to look at this document. Our previous Admin Plan was 65 pages long; the current one is close to 500. In essence, the Admin Plan has not changed. The policies are largely the same, with the few exceptions noted at the end. The reason the new Admin Plan is so long is due to the clear references to the law which governs the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.

Openings at Bridgewalk

We currently have available appartments for rent at Bridgewalk in South Boulder!

To apply for the Market Rate program fill out this application. For the Market Rate program the household must make more than $20,000 a year. There is no upper cap on income for this program. We will have two-bedrooms comming available throughout the summer with rents ranging from $1000 - $1,125 for two-bedroom Flats & Town Homes.
