Lee Hill Construction Update
December 2, 2013
Construction at Lee Hill continues to move steadily. This past week the concrete grade beams for the foundation were set in place and the formwork for the foundation slab edges began. The piping and gravel installation under the foundation slab will begin this week.
The water line service installation work was completed on Front Range Drive. Front Range Drive reopened on November 29th. Thank you for your patience throughout the road closure.
High Mar Construction Update

Construction continues on High Mar, Boulder Housing Partner's newest affordable senior community. We are excited to report that we now have a parking lot! Additionally, framing of the eastern half of the building is expected to be completed by the end of the month. Drywall work has begun, and rough electrical and plumbing work continues.

BHP is pleased to present the 2014 MTW Annual Plan to the public for review.
Two public hearings will be held to provide more information to the public, as well as to receive feedback on the 2014 MTW Annual Plan. There are two options for attending the public hearings. They are:
Tuesday September 23, at 2:00 p.m., or
Tuesday September 23, at 5:30 p.m.
Attendance is not required to provide feedback. If you would like to provide feedback on the Annual Plan and Activities, you can do so directly by contacting Karen Kreutzberg. She can be reached by phone at 720-564-4631, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Feedback can be provided in writing, or in person. Please call to set up an appointment if you would like to provide feedback in person.
The Annual Plan outlines the activities that BHP is proposing to HUD for approval to put into place in 2014. These activities include:
- Rent reform for Section 8 work-abled families
- Rent reform for Public Housing work-abled families
- Elimination of interim recertifications for elderly and disabled households
- Removal of the flat rent option for public housing households
- Occupancy changes for residents of the Woodlands Family Self Sufficiency Program
- Rent limits and rent reasonableness for Project-Based Voucher Sites

BHP is excited to announce the formation of ART@1175, a public art committee dedicated to incorporating artwork inside and outside 1175 Lee Hill for the benefit of both the residents and the surrounding community. BHP is excited to engage with members of the vibrant artistic community of North Boulder in this transformative project. The committee will be sending out a Call for Entries by the end of the year.
