On March, 31, 2014, we are submitted our 2013 MTW Annual Report to HUD. This reports details the results and progress associated with the activities we implemented in 2013, as well as progress made on 2012 continuing Activities. Call for Entries for Large Public Art Mural
ART@1175 in coordination with Boulder Housing Partners is looking for Boulder County-based artists to submit entries for a large public mural to be installed at the corner of Broadway and Lee Hill Drive in North Boulder. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of the growing North Boulder arts district and provide the local community with a long-awaited gateway art piece. Thank you for your interest in High Mar, Boulder Housing Partner's (BHP) newest affordable senior living community in South Boulder.
The lottery numbers for apartments at Boulder Housing Partner's new senior community, High Mar, were randomly generated by our computer system. Applicants whose lottery numbers were chosen will be contacted to begin the eligibility process by completing a High Mar Leasing Application. Please be patient and wait for our leasing agent to notify you if, and when, we are ready to start the eligibility process with you.

The High Mar site is very busy these days with many tradesman hard at work. The contractors are currently working to complete the finishes on the western side of the building. Rough plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, drywall, and painting continue on the eastern side of the building. Exterior painting has already begun, and stone masonry work will begin shortly on warm-weather days. Excavation, landscaping, and solar work will also be occurring within the next few weeks. BHP has commenced the lease-up process and hopes to begin moving in tenants in June.
Lee Hill Construction Update

Lee Hill is close to being completely dried in. Mechanical ductwork is being placed in the units. The roof truss installation and sheathing are complete. Roofers are beginning to install insulation. Site grading and soil excavation is being completed on the west side of building.

The Boulder Arts Commission is awarding Art@1175 their $10,000 Major Grant to place a mural on the exterior of 1175 Lee Hill. This is a huge success for BHP and the North Boulder neighborhood!
Art@1175 is a public art committee consisting of local artists and neighbors created to bring art to help make 1175 Lee Hill a venue for public art in North Boulder.
