Providing Homes, Creating Community, Changing Lives

Who lives at 1175 Lee Hill?

To qualify, residents must be experiencing chronic homelessness (have experienced long-term homelessness with a disabling condition), not earn more than 30% of Boulder's area median income (about $19,000), demonstrate a motivation and willingness to participate in the program, have lived in Boulder for at least one year, and have documented interactions with agencies that provide services to the homeless. Criminal background checks are also required and registered sex offenders are not allowed.

Each apartment has its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Rent is equal to 30% of the resident's monthly income, or a minimum $50.  Residents will be assigned a case manager and must abide by the terms of a lease in order stay in the Housing First program.
