30 Day Notice to Vacate

Completing this form will notify management of your intent to move and will schedule a pre-move-out inspection of your apartment. When you submit the form you will be provided with the date and time for the inspection. The Notice to Vacate (NTV) form must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the end of the lease term. Breaking the lease agreement will result in charges including a break lease fee equal to one month of rent.
