Paying in Cash with Your PAYNEARME Bar Code

ABOUT PAYNEARME

Reduce the need for purchasing and filling out several money orders and save the extra step of mailing or delivering your rent.

You can use your PayNearMe bar code pay your rent in cash at two of the 7-Eleven stores (1091 13th St or 2605 Valmont Dr) in Boulder, or other national participating retailers.

To locate national retailers, visit https://bit.ly/PayNearMeBHP. You can conveniently pay your rent at one of these nationwide locations if you’re out of town on rent day.

HOW IT WORKS

• Know the exact amount you owe before you go, including the fee. The store will not know the amount. Example: Rent + $3.99 PayNearMe fee = Total to be paid
• Bring your PayNearMe bar code and cash payment to two of the 7-Eleven stores in Boulder (1091 13th St or 2605 Valmont Dr), or a participating retailer in other cities, and tell the cashier you want to make a PayNearMe cash payment. The cashier will scan your bar code when accepting your payment.
• Keep your receipt. This is your only proof of payment.

You can request your PayNearMe bar code here or you can login to your Rent Café account to find the PayNearMe bar code under the Payment Accounts Tab, then by clicking the Walk-In Payment System link.
