ABOUT THE PROPERTY

  • The space is in the SE Corner of Boulder Housing Partner’s Bluebell building which is part of the 30PRL affordable housing community and within the Boulder Junction Access District.
  • Space includes 500 square feet of first-floor commercial space.
  • Parking is on-street and first come first serve. One space for employees is provided in the BHP parking garage.
  • The lease is NNN with a flat fee for utilities paid monthly based on the previous year’s operating expense.
  • Tenant responsible for tenant improvements
  • Available immediately
  • BHP will provide a tour of the space on February 28, 2023, at 3:00 pm.

BHP Seeking a COMMUNITY SERVING TENANT

The space will be leased at no cost. Preference will be provided for non-profit tenants that are serving a need in the immediate 30PRL community. Please provide a letter of interest to Laura Sheinbaum, [email protected], at Boulder Housing Partners by March 10, 2023. The letter should include information about your organization or business and its founders, intended use, non-profit status, and when your organization or business would be able to assume tenancy.
