Communities feature amenities such as free Wi-fi, computer access, renovated living spaces, and community gardens or gathering rooms. Many are near RTD bus routes, grocery shopping, retail, and restaurants.
These communities also offer Resident Service coordination. Each apartment community has a dedicated resident service coordinator to connect residents with local resources, partner agencies, and community events or programming.
