Boulder Housing Partners’ 2027 Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan was approved by the Board of Commissioners during its September 9, 2026, meeting.

- NSPIRE – Preparing for New Housing Choice Voucher Inspection Standards
Beginning January 1, 2027, Boulder Housing Partners will begin using the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) for all Housing Choice Voucher units. Learn more and join an educational session.-

To be determined, as HUD has delayed implementation of NSPIRE until February 2027 – NSPIRE – HUD is changing the inspection protocol from the Housing Quality Standards (HQS) to National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate. Our inspector will lead this session to explain the differences in the standards and how they may affect you.
