• Time on the waiting lists can vary from 6+ months to 2+ years, depending upon how many apartments become available. Wait times will vary depending on many factors, such as availability and turnover rate. Due to these factors, we are unable to release your position on the waiting list.
  • Be sure to keep your mailing address up to date with us and to respond to letters you receive. We notify applicants by mail when their name nears the top of the list. We also periodically contact applicants by mail to make sure they are still interested in being on the waitlist. When applicants do not respond to letters, they are removed from a waitlist. If you have any address changes, please notify us in writing or complete a Request to Update Contact Information form.
