Boulder Housing Partners remains committed to helping ensure the health and well-being of those we serve and our community. We continue to closely monitor recommendations from public health agencies and are making operational changes to respond accordingly. We are also keeping a close eye on resources that are available in our community.

Main Office
We suggest contacting your Property Manager or Housing Assistance Coordinator before going to the main office. COVID-19 safety guidelines will be in place. If masks are required and you do not have one, one can be provided for you.

Financial and Housing Supports
Please reach out to your BHP Property Manager, Resident Service Coordinator or HCV Housing Assistance Coordinator if you have any questions or concerns about paying rent due to COVID-19 economic hardships. They’re available to discuss rent relief supports with you. Additional supports can be found below, that are available to all local community members:
Boulder County Housing Assistance Hotline
In addition to visiting the Boulder County COVID-19 Resources page for general resources in the area, community members can contact the Boulder County Housing Assistance hotline for help directly related to housing. Leave a message to be called back by a Housing Assistance Coordinator within one or two days. Housing Assistance Coordinator will talk about your circumstances with you to make sure you’re connected with the right resources. Boulder County Housing and Human Services can also assist you with a United States Treasury Rental Assistance (USTRA) application for rent relief assistance.

EFAA may be able to help with expenses and access to basic needs resources such as food through their pantry.
