Hilltop Senior Living is an apartment community designed and built specifically for those aged 62 and over.

The community will include 60 affordable homes: 54 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments reserved for seniors with household incomes up to 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). Fifteen of the apartments will be reserved for seniors exiting homelessness who will receive supportive services from BHP and community partners. Additionally, Boulder Housing Partners will provide activities, social events, crafts, fitness classes, and health programming for all residents.

The approximately 5-acre site is exceptionally well-located with easy access to the George Reynolds Branch Library, Table Mesa Shopping Center, and several public transit lines.

Additional Qualification Criteria

  • Student, liquid asset, and homeownership restrictions apply.
  • Applicants and household members must be free of evictions within the past seven years and be able to provide two years of satisfactory rental history from a third party. If unable to provide rental history, please contact the property manager where you are interested in applying.
  • All applicants will be required to pass a criminal background check.
