Ciclo, located at 3390 Valmont Road, is a mixed-use building located in the transit-oriented Boulder Junction neighborhood that was developed and completed in 2020. Ciclo includes two stories of affordable housing located above 10,000 SF of ground floor commercial space. Ciclo provides many community amenities including in-building laundry facilities, an energy efficient building and a shared rooftop deck with spectacular western views of Boulder’s Flatirons and the Front Range.
