BHP staff and residents are encouraged to use City of Boulder Mediation Services. They offer services by phone and video conference. Residents can contact City Mediation directly at (303) 441-4364 or mediation@bouldercounty.gov to start the process.
To use this service:
- All parties involved must agree on mediation
- All parties must agree to share their contact information
- All parties understand this is a City service not a BHP service
Residents may inform BHP staff of community conflict, however BHP staff will not be able to mediate directly.
