Boulder Housing Partners opened a waitlist from May 6–8, 2025, for apartment homes at Canyon Pointe, a 62+ community in Deeply Affordable Program where residents pay approximately 30% of income towards rent.
At this time, we are no longer accepting submissions to the Canyon Pointe waitlist.
If you completed and submitted a questionnaire in RentCafe, here is what to expect:
- Your household will be pre-screened to see if you initially qualify. If it appears the household qualifies, you will be added to the waitlist.
- Those added to the waitlist will be contacted when an apartment home becomes available, according to the date and time their submission was received.
- When an apartment home matching your bedroom size becomes available, you will be contacted to start the full application and qualifying process.
- If your address or contact information changes while you are on the waitlist, please contact the Canyon Pointe Property Management team to update your information at CanyonPointe@boulderhousing.org or call (720) 778-2507.
- Boulder Housing Partners is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
- The time you are on a waitlist is based on availability. We are unable to provide a placement number of where you are on the list.
