Residents at Northport are within walking distance of the Pearl Street Mall, restaurants, and shopping, as well as one block from the SKIP bus stop on Broadway. This community includes a community center, and gathering space, and a beautiful rose garden. Resident Services staff are available to connect residents to local resources and programming. Apartments are offered at rents below market rate and come with rental assistance as part of our Deeply Affordable Communities. Income, student, and additional restrictions apply.

Applicants may earn up to 50% of the area median income (AMI).  Income is the total combined gross annual income for the household.  View the AMI Defined and Qualification Chart to determine what this means for your household.  (The AMI Defined and Qualification Chart is based on the income limits that are released annually by the Colorado Housing and Finance authority and limits are subject to change.)
