Boulder Housing Partners opened a waitlist from Mayo 14–16, 2024, for apartment homes at Canyon Pointe, a 62+ community in Deeply Affordable program where residents pay approximately 30% of income towards rent.
At this time, we are no longer accepting names for the Canyon Pointe waitlist.
If you completed and submitted a questionnaire in RentCafe, here are the next steps:
- Your household will be pre-screened to see if you initially qualify to be added to the waitlist.
- Those added to the waitlist will be contacted when an apartment home becomes available, according to the date and time their submission was received.
