It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, transit lines and the nearby Goose Creek bike path. Canopy residents can enjoy balconies or patios, in-home washers and dryers, energy-efficient heating and air-conditioning, and newly finished living spaces to call home. Apartments are offered at rents below market rate as part of our Boulder Affordable Rentals. Resident Services staff are available to connect residents to local resources and programming. Additional Qualifying Criteria
  • Student, liquid asset, and homeownership restrictions apply.
  • Applicants and household members must be free of evictions within the past three years and be able to provide two years of satisfactory rental history from a third party. If unable to provide rental history, please contact the community manager where you are interested in applying.
  • All applicants will be required to pass a criminal background check
