Technical Support Analyst I
BHP is seeking a Technical Support Analyst I to join our team. The preferred candidate must have excellent customer service skills and solid verbal and written communication skills. The Technical Support Analyst I reports directly to the Director of IT but will interact with all levels of staff within the organization. The Technical Support Analyst I position is the primary help desk person and the face of the IT department. Customer service skills, attitude and friendliness are just as important as the IT skill set. This position works independently and is able to effectively prioritize tickets and projects.
