In 2015, with the financial support of the City of Boulder, Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) purchased the 4.5-acre vacant lot to the east of the Orchard Grove Mobile Home Park to be eventually developed as affordable housing. In Fall 2017, BHP began exploring site design ideas and the type of development most appropriate for this site.
BHP invites neighbors and interested community members to participate in a robust engagement process to help design the project in a way that respects the interests of the neighbors, established community character and development patterns in the area. With your participation, we look forward to building a well-designed and sustainable community that will be an asset to you, your family and your neighborhood.

October 2017: 3125 34th Street/Orchard Grove Future Development Kick-Off Meetings
Thanks to all those who attended the 3125 34th Street/Orchard Grove Future Develoment "Open Houses" that were held at the site in October 2017. We shared a lively and thought-provoking conversation about hopes, concerns and ideas for the site. These open forums were the very first step towards the future development. We invite you to view the poster created based on feedback received at the events. Our next steps include taking what we heard and what we know about the property and creating some site design options. These options will be shared with the community in Spring 2018.
If you wish to receive updates on the timeline of the development of the property, please provide your email address here. The future updates will include opportunities to contribute your ideas on how to design housing on the site.
