About Public Housing
Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) manages this public housing community in Boulder and offers additional supportive Resident Services to BHP residents. After qualifying, residents living at Arapahoe Court pay approximately 30-40% of income towards rent, and the remainder is subsidized through federal funding.

Income Information
Applicants may earn up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) with no minimum income amount necessary.

Eligibility Criteria
According to program guidelines, eligible applicants for Arapahoe Court include:
- Households with at least one adult member who either lives or works in the City of Boulder
AND are one or more of the following:
- Seniors, ages 62+
- People with disabilities
There are a limited number of apartment homes available, if an applicant does not fall into one of the above groups, the chances of receiving an apartment home are limited.
How do I apply?
Waitlists open briefly at this community and timing is based on availability of apartment homes. Waitlists last opened Mar 22-24, 2022 and the next openings have not been scheduled. Please continue to check our website or waitlist hotline, 720-564-4627, for opening date information.
