At the start of this year's Holiday Season, the staff at Boulder Housing Partners would like to take a moment to thank you for choosing us to meet your housing needs. We wish you a happy and healthy holiday season!
BHP HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS:
To show how much we appreciate our residents, BHP has held a Resident Appreciation prize drawing for the past three quarters. Three winners were picked per quarter in a randomized drawing from all qualified households who submitted their rent on time that month. Pay your December rent on time (by December 5th) and you could win up to $250!
During the Holidays, area agencies coordinate giving programs such as the Volunteers of America Holiday Fruit Baskets, EFAA Holiday Food Baskets, and Angel Trees. Some of these programs are only for seniors or children. BHP staff will inform you of specific program details throughout the coming weeks. When a snowfall accumulates to one or more inches on the sidewalks, BHP will provide snow removal. If there is less than one inch of snow, BHP will determine the need for snow removal. Snow removal will start at either the beginning of the day or when the snow stops falling. Sites are prioritized by need, beginning with the senior sites.
Orange or green buckets containing ice melt will be available for residents to use on the sidewalks and steps around the exterior of buildings. If there are any problem areas or ice patches after snow removal is complete, or if you need more ice melt, notify maintenance.
