Interest List Opening Online April 11, 2023 for 30PRL Community's Independent Living Program
Boulder Housing Partners will be opening the online interest list for its Independent Living Program at the 30PRL Community at 9 am, on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. This list is for the twenty apartment homes in the Bluebell building of 30PRL that take part in a neuro-inclusive housing and independent living program supported by the services of the Ramble Collective, whose non-profit helps adults with developmental disabilities achieve their goals of independent community living and employment. For residents who qualify for 30PRL’s independent living program, rent is approximately 30% of the household's gross income.
