Boulder Housing Partners has been awarded federal funding from the office of Housing and Urban Development for 39 new housing choice vouchers. These vouchers will be available for use in 2020 and will provide rental assistance for people with disabilities under the age of 62, and their households, who earn incomes below the area average. Vouchers may be used anywhere in Boulder County.
“We are pleased to add this important funding to our pool of available resources,” said Jeremy Durham, “A federal grant such as this will be significant to Boulder Housing Partners’ goal to increase affordable housing opportunities in our community.” Boulder is one of only seven municipalities in Colorado to receive a competitive grant this round.
