HR Assistant and Benefits Administrator
Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) is a mission driven, innovative organization that builds, owns, and manages affordable housing for over 2,000 households in the City of Boulder. BHP is looking for a dynamic team-oriented HR Assistant and Benefits Administrator to join the team. This is a 3/4 time position, working approximately 30 hours per week. 2/3 of this position (approximately 20 hours per week) will be spent helping the Director of HR with administrative tasks related to personnel functions, 1/3 or this position (approximately 10 hours per week) will be spent helping the payroll specialist with benefits reconciliations and vendor notifications. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work with confidential data, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
The hiring range for this position is $23-$27/hour DOQ.
