February 2023 Housing Choice Voucher Randomly Selected Lottery Numbers Available
Boulder Housing Partners held a lottery for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) from February 28 to March 1, 2023.
The randomly selected lottery numbers are now available to view on our website or in the lobby of our main office.
The numbers are organized in numerical order for easy viewing. (This is not the order in which applicants will be contacted to begin the eligibility process.)

What's Next?
If your number is not on the list:
If your number has not been randomly selected this time, you may sign up again during the next lottery.
- Boulder Housing Partners opens the Housing Choice Voucher lottery as needed when vouchers are available. The next lottery has not yet been scheduled. Exact dates of the opening will be posted on our website and lottery hotline (720-564-4627) at least one month in advance.
If your number is on the list:
- After being randomly selected, the first step is to complete a preliminary certification of Boulder County qualifications. This will be sent to you via US mail shortly after the numbers have been posted. Complete and submit the certification, along with appropriate documentation, prior to the deadline provided on the document. IMPORTANT: If this is not submitted to Boulder Housing Partners by the deadline, applications will be inactivated.
- Once the preliminary certification has been received and verified, an eligibility packet will be sent to you by US Mail, within 12 months or less, to begin the eligibility process.
- If you provided an email address when you signed up for the lottery, we will send you an email letting you know the preliminary certification and the secondary eligibility packet is on the way. Be sure to add [email protected] to your safe sender list, but most importantly, keep an eye on your mail for these important documents.
- Please remember to notify us in writing whenever your mailing or email addresses change. You may submit contact information changes to: [email protected] or 4800 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80304.
