In September 2020, Boulder Housing Partners completed construction of 41 new affordable apartments at Canopy at Red Oak Park, designed to complement the award winning Red Oak Park community.
In 2020, Boulder Housing Partners completed the renovation of 116 permanently affordable apartment homes located at Glen Willow and Canyon Pointe to ensure these apartment communities remain viable, sustainable and affordable for Boulder residents in perpetuity.
In 2020, Boulder Housing Partners completed the development of Ciclo, offering 38 new permanently affordable apartment homes in the S'PARK neighborhood of Boulder Junction.
In 2018, Boulder Housing Partners opened our newest affordable community, Palo Park, in partnership with Flatirons Habitat for Humanity.
In 2016 Boulder Housing partners successfully completed Project Renovate, an agency-wide effort to recapitalize and convert six properties within our Public Housing portfolio into tax credit properties.

WestView is a contemporary apartment complex offering thirty-four one, two and three bedroom units top households earning fifty percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). The units offer large windows, outdoor balconies or patios, energy efficient appliances, tank-less water heaters, whole house fans, and abundant natural light. Other amenities include community space, a central outdoor courtyard, and 11 private garages available for rent. BHP acquired the project in 2012 shortly after the completion of construction.
2637 Valmont is home to 59 single family, duplex and triplex fixed foundation units. Red Oak Park, previously known as Boulder Mobile Manor, is 100% affordable rental units - accepting households with 30%, 40%, and 50% of the Area Median Income. All of the units are complete with many "green" energy efficient features to help reduce utility costs for the residents, and reduce their impact on the environment.
Broadway West is a beautiful 3-story building that is a part of the Boulder Affordable Rental Program. This site offers underground parking, elevator access, on-site laundry and central air. The North Boulder Recreation Center is next door and RTD stops just outside the front door. This is a smoke-free building & accepts Indoor cats.
