Waiting List Information

The waiting lists  for Section 8 vouchers and Public Housing are currently closed. We do not have a scheduled date when these waiting lists will open again. See below for the properties currently accepting applications. We encourage you to check our website regularly  to find out when other BHP housing waiting lists will be open or check public notices in the Daily Camera. July 15, 2009 Red Oak Park begins deconstruction

Red Oak Park (formerly Boulder Mobile Manor) is ready to begin deconstruction! BHP is redeveloping the 5 acre, 66 mobile home site, located at 2637 Valmont Rd., into 77 highly green affordable apartments. The site will also include a community center, about 8,400 sf of commercial, and extensive green spaces centered around two parks. The entire development will be certified LEED ND (Leadership in Energy and Efficient Design, Neighborhoods). We anticipate the site to be cleared by October, 2009, with site work beginning in March, 2010.
